Pedestrian Hit and Killed While Walking Along Freeway

According to the Friendswood police Department, the accident occurred around 12:05 a.m. Sunday on the 1700 block of FM 528. (Chron.com)

A Manvel woman was walking along FM 528 wearing dark clothing when she was hit by a truck.  The pedestrian was taken to Clear Lake Regional Hospital first, and then to Memorial Hermann Hospital where she later died.
