Car Flips in Southwest Houston Killing a Teen Driver

The accident occured Sunday night around 11:50 p.m. killing the teen driver, and injuring two others. (Chron.com)

The driver was traveling a blue Honda Accord west bound on the 59 service road near Beltway 8 with two passengers when he lost control. The vehicle flipped, expelling the driver and the back seat passenger. The driver died at the scene and both passengers were taken to Ben Taub with minor injuries, police said.

No other injuries were reported.
