Car Goes Into Ditch When Brakes Fail

HOUSTON -- Police believe a set of failed brakes may have caused a woman's car to smash through a fence and into a water-filled drainage ditch at an apartment complex in southwest Houston.
The accident happened Thursday night as the woman was driving home from work.
