Drunken Driving Takes Another Life in N. Houston

Police suspect an Infinity driver was drunk when he ran a stop sign and crashed into several trees killing the vehicles’ passenger. (Chron.com)
The crash occurred around 4:30 a.m. Sunday morning at the intersection of Lillia Road and Aldine Bender.
Charges of intoxication manslaughter are pending against the driver, whose blood alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit of 0.08, police said.
