
The Angelina County grand jury has indicted a Houston man who caused a fatal accident in Lufkin in July and, the same day, began a multi-vehicle chain reaction crash in Diboll.
Isaac Milstead, 70, was indicted for criminally negligent homicide as a result of his role in the fatal Lufkin crash. Milstead attempted a left turn out of the center lane of U.S. 59 in south Lufkin and struck another vehicle, Lufkin Police Lt. David Young said at the time.
