
A landscaper is suing the three owners of the landscaping business where he worked after losing his fingers in an accident. (UltimateTomball.com)
The man filed suit on Oct. 5 in the Harris Country District Court, claiming negligence.
His was injured after we was asked to work on a lawnmower in need of repair. His fingers on one hand were completely severed in the lawnmower blade on March 26, 2010.
The victim's lawyer claimed that one of the business owners threw gasoline in the plaintiff's face to control the bleeding.
