One Left Injured After Car Collides into Metro Train

The accident occurred around 10:40 p.m. Friday night at Fannin and Binz near Hermann Park. (Chron.com)

According to officials the driver allegedly ran a red light and then crashed into the side of the train. No one on the train was injured.

The driver was taken to Ben Taub General Hospital, his condition has not been released, authorities said.
