Road Rage Accident Severly Injured Man and 3 Children

According to Chron.com three children were injured after a car accident on Jan. 5th.
Records state that a 4-year-old had to have her right foot amputated, her 3-year-old sister had a broken collar bone, and her 1-year-old brother's tongue had to be reattached.
