Woman Files Suit After Husband’s Death

The woman filed suit November 3rd against Medical Office Buildings and TMH Medical Office buildings Condominium Association for allegedly failing to keep one of their premises safe. (UltimateSpringTX.com)

In the suit the woman stated that her husband died due to injuries he sustained from falling down a malfunctioning escalator at the 6550 Fannin Street property.

According to the woman, keeping the escalator working properly was the responsibility of the defendants and she is seeking damages and court costs.
