The accident occurred around 1:30 a.m. on the eastbound Northwest Freeway near Fairbanks N. Houston according to HPD. (Chron.com)
According to Police the man tried to run across 290 and was hit by a car. He was then hit by two more cars who both stopped. The car that hit the man first did not stop.
The man died at the scene, authorities said. No other injuries were reported.
This case is still being investigated.
